Job Summary
The Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) is responsible for preventing, diagnosing, and treating injuries related to physical activity and athletics within the school district. The ATC provides direct care to student-athletes and ensures safe participation in sports through injury prevention strategies, proper conditioning, and rehabilitation services.
Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in athletic training or related field (master’s preferred).; Current Board of Certification (BOC) as an Athletic Trainer; State Athletic Training Licensure/Certification as required.; CPR, First Aid, and AED Certification.
