Visions is seeking a Facilities Support Technician that will perform basic maintenance and repair of physical systems of buildings and equipment, supports events, supports operational activities, and performs custodial services. Prior experience in operations support, building maintenance, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry or electrical trades preferred. This position will work at our office in Carmichael/Gold River, CA onsite 5 days per week, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Visions In Education offers a very generous, competitive benefits package that includes options for 100% employer-paid Medical/Dental/Vision (single), retirement (CalPERS), vacation (10 days), sick time and holiday (22 which includes 2 weeks of paid time off over the holiday season). Classified employees are eligible for educational reimbursement up to $15,000. (This benefit is provided so an employee can maintain and improve job-related skills for the employee’s current position or enhance the employee’s ability to qualify for other reasonably attainable jobs within Visions).
