Requirements / Qualifications

BA/BS preferred, or at least four years of successful experience in an administrative assistant or human resources role. Must be detail oriented, have excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Competency test will be administered to qualified applicants as part of the selection process. Must apply through EdJoin and upload required documents named exactly as stated (i.e., Letter of Recommendation) in order to be considered for this position.

This Administrative Assistant II, under the direction of the Senior Director of Human Resources, provides essential administrative, clerical, and technical support to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department. Responsibilities include managing lobby and guest interactions, handling communications, scheduling meetings, and providing meeting support. The role also involves organizing records, arranging travel, and offering clerical support. HR-related duties include processing personnel actions, assisting with new hire onboarding, managing employee records, and supporting risk management efforts. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to handle sensitive information, are key to success in this role. Please see the job description for clarification.
