Job Summary
Under the direction of the Student Services Director or designee, the primary function of the School Nurse is to provide school health and nursing services to students; promote health and prevention education and safety; serve as a technical and health education resource to students, personnel and the community. The School Nurse will work to incorporate health care plans directed by physicians; comply with the laws relating to student health, including parental and guardian consent; provide appropriate care for ill, medically fragile and/or injured students. Natomas Charter School participates in CalSTRS or CalPERS retirement for all employees.

Natomas Charter School (NCS) is seeking motivated, intelligent and creative School Nurse. Minimum Required Education and Experience: 1. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. 2. Possession of a valid School Nurse credential issued by the State of California. 3. Possession of a Registered Nurse license issued by the State of California.
