Job Summary
Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Educational & Administrative Services, the Director of Curriculum & Instruction and Equity & Access is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing Curriculum and Instruction operations, activities, programs and educational services; managing the Curriculum and Instruction responsibilities for the County Office, including alternative education schools, rural schools and County schools; collaborating in the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs for continuous improvement to increase student achievement and close the achievement gaps in San Benito County schools; planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating state and federal programs.
