Position Overview: The Principal is the chief administrative officer of SGMHS and is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the school in accordance with the philosophy and policies of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles and the school’s mission and values. The Principal reports directly to the Pastor of San Gabriel Mission and works collaboratively with the San Gabriel Regional Superintendent and the Department of Catholic Schools.

Administrative Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of the school, including budgeting, personnel management, facilities management, and student services. Ensure the school's compliance with all applicable regulations and policies. Community Leadership: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, faculty, staff, alumni, and the wider community. Foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
