Job Summary
Under the direction of the Supervisor of Buildings, perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled activities in the maintenance and repair of assigned facilities, utilities and equipment including tasks in carpentry, electrical work, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), construction, plumbing and painting.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: • Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and three years performing a variety of maintenance work in one or more of the building maintenance trades. Licenses and other Requirements • Valid Forklift Certification. • Valid California Class C driver’s license.
