Buckeye Union School District is accepting applications for four Transitional Kindergarten Teacher positions for the 2025-2026 school year! School sites will be determined at a later time. Buckeye Union stretches across the communities of El Dorado Hills, Cameron Park, and Shingle Springs, which are located within commuting distance of the greater Sacramento metropolitan area. These communities are situated at the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountains, which provide many outstanding opportunities that support active lifestyles. This is a full-time position, scheduled for 7.5 hours per day, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Buckeye Union School District offers competitive salary placement based on verified full-time credentialed prior teaching experience. Requirements: - Completed Buckeye Union School District (BUSD) application (via EdJoin) - Cover letter - Resume - 3 letters of recommendation dated within the past two years - Copy of valid teaching credential - Copy of EL Authorization (if not included in credential) Credential Requirements: - Multiple Subject credential required - EL Authorization required - Must meet certification requirements for Transitional Kindergarten (24 units in ECE or Child Dev., or both; as determined by the LEA, professional experience in a classroom setting with preschool age children that is comparable to the 24 units of education; or a Child Development Teacher Permit issued by the CTC).
