Natomas Charter School Blackrock Campus is seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform complex clerical duties and assist in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. This position is mainly responsible for the school's attendance reporting and providing clerical assistance to our teaching staff to ensure attendance compliance.
Requirements / Qualifications
The ideal candidate has significant administrative experience working in a K-12 school or public sector environment and enjoys interacting with students, parents, and teachers. We are looking for a candidate with strong technical and customer service skills who is self-directed and deadline oriented. The ideal candidate is proficient with Google Apps for Education (Gmail, Docs, Slides) and web-based technology applications such as PowerSchool. This opening is for immediate (2024-25 school year) hire and will continue into the following (2025-26) school year.
