Job Summary
This is an 11 month, 8 hours per day position at Mt. Shasta High School that will be filled upon completion of the recruitment process. Pleasant and outgoing personality with the ability to relate well to teen-age students. Has knowledge of: functions and clerical operations of an administrative office; telephone techniques and etiquette; modern office practices, procedures and equipment; record-keeping techniques; correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation and vocabulary; reading and writing communication skills; interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy; computers and software, including word processing, accounting and school attendance accounting system.
