SUMMARY Under the supervision of the Superintendent, the Director of Human Resources will plan, organize, direct, and manage the daily operations and assigned functions of the Human Resources Department including, but not limited to, personnel recruitment and selection, position control, payroll, credentialing, health and welfare benefits, Workers Compensation, risk management, personnel record management systems, assist with policies, administrative regulations, strategies for achieving district goals, and other work as required , requested, or assigned by the Superintendent.
