The Dinuba Unified School District Math Teacher is under the direction of the Site Principal. The junior high school Math teacher is responsible for planning and supervising the work of assigned classified, student personnel, or volunteers. As part of a junior high school teaching assignment, the math teacher teaches one or more classes of mathematics to pupils in grades 7 & 8, and assists in other school programs as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Possess valid California teaching credential in the field of instruction. 2. Appropriate documentation authorizing instruction to English language learners. 3. A minimum of three years of successful classroom teaching experience, preferably at the 7-8 grade level; 4. Knowledge of the elements of effective instruction, curriculum concepts and materials pertinent to the 7-8 grade level;
