Job Summary
Heritage Peak Charter School is looking for a homeschool teacher to support a caseload of 28 students ranging from Tk-12h grade. Travel is required for in-person meetings in Sacramento and surrounding Counties.
Requirements / Qualifications
Possess and maintain valid California Teaching Credential for level of instruction English Learner authorization Experience and knowledge of the Common Core standards and standards based curriculum, behavior management techniques, record keeping, student assessment, planning for individual student learning needs, and child development
Letter of Introduction Resume Letters of Recommendation (3) Transcripts (unofficial acceptable) TB clearance (upon hire)

We are looking for a qualified teacher to support our homeschool students at Heritage Peak Charter School ranging from TK-12th grade. Candidates must also demonstrate flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit and be able to deliver differentiated instruction to a diverse group of students.
Pacific Charter Institute offers a unique instructional model serving homeschool and independent study students across 16 counties through Heritage Peak Charter School, Rio Valley Charter School, Valley View Charter Prep, Sutter Peak Charter Academy, and New Pacific Charter.
