Requirements / Qualifications
Under the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent or Designee, the Director III, Multilingual Learner (MLL) and Parent Engagement will plan, organize, and direct Napa Valley Unified School District (NVUSD) Multilingual Learner Services, including oversight of the Master Plan for MLLs. They will direct and manage fiscal operations of MLL programs and monitor compliance with District, State and Federal laws, policies and regulations, as well as train and supervise the performance of assigned personnel. The Director III, MLL and Parent Engagement will coordinate and facilitate parent and community engagement, as well as direct support to the District English Learner Advisory Committee (DELAC) and English Learner Advisory Committees (ELAC).
