Job Summary
Under administrative direction, plans, organizes, and manages multiple service units responsible for the operations and maintenance of school financial systems and services functions such as human resources, payroll, credentialing, and retirement reporting provided to participating client school districts, charter schools, agencies, and community colleges of the Los Angeles County Office of Education.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, public administration, information systems or a closely related field to the job requirements of this classification from an institution of higher learning recognized by the Council for Higher Education. Foreign degrees and credit units require translation and equivalency established by an agency recognized by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing. Experience: Five years of experience in the administration of automated business systems related to human resources, financial, payroll, payroll accounting, or retirement reporting, including two years of supervisory experience. Additional Requirements: A valid California driver's license and the availability of private transportation or the ability to obtain transportation between job sites is required. Hybrid remote schedules may be available.
