Job Summary
Under the direction of the Special Education Director and site administrator, perform a variety of specialized duties in the monitoring, analysis and treatment of identified students with behavioral challenges; collaborate with faculty, staff and families in the design, development and implementation of strategies, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs) and Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) to meet the educational needs of students, train and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel. Provide expertise and leadership to the Academies’ Response to Intervention (RtI) team and staff in fully implementing the Academies’ Master Plan at all sites. Provide expertise and support to the Academies’ school sites in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating positive behavior intervention and support that facilitate and promote a safe and welcoming environment for all students.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:
1. Master's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field.
2. Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
1. Two (2) years of increasingly responsible experience working with educational agencies, school districts, colleges, and the
community.
2. Previous experience in program evaluation and data collection.
3. Previous work experience in designing educational programs for students with autism, emotional disturbance, or qualifying
conditions.
