Job Summary

The Senior Program Director, Board Certified Behavior Analyst is responsible for leading the planning, designing, and monitoring of positive behavior interventions and supports for all students within the county school programs. This position also includes providing direct support, evaluation and plan creation for students with behavior needs that are receiving special education and related services through an Individualized Education Program (IEP). Embedded throughout the work, this role will build staff capacity to support and maintain programs through training, coaching and consultation. This role is pivotal in fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments. This job reports to the assigned administrator. PLEASE READ JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ADDITIONAL DETAILS OF THE POSITION

Requirements / Qualifications

Education: Valid CA Credential (required) Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (required) Bachelor's degree (required) Masters degree (preferred) Valid Administrative Services Credential (preferred) Experience: Certified as a BCBA for minimum 2 years Minimum of five (5) years of related experience supporting youth, families, and/or school staff, at a school, county, district office and/or nonprofit organization and/or related functions in a school setting (preferred) 3 years of leadership experience working in a supervisory role (preferred) Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record (required) Read Job Description for a complete list of job requirements and experience required
