Job Description: The Director of Enrollment and Advancement will oversee the school’s enrollment strategy, marketing, and communications while leading fundraising initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in attracting and retaining mission-appropriate students, promoting the school’s mission, and cultivating relationships with prospective families and donors to support the school’s long-term growth and sustainability. Enrollment ? Enrollment Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract, enroll, and retain mission-appropriate students, ensuring enrollment goals are met. ? Outreach & Community Engagement: Cultivate relationships with prospective families, feeder schools, and local organizations to promote the school’s values and programs. ? Application & Admissions Process: Manage the entire admissions pipeline, including inquiries, tours, applications, interviews, and decisions, while maintaining accurate records. ?
