Job Summary
Under the direction of the principal/designee, the job of Behavioral Assistant is done for the purpose of assisting and supporting instruction of moderate to severe special education students. The Behavioral Assistant supports the classroom teacher with ensuring student safety; and assisting students in performing their academic, daily living and special health care activities as specified within the Individual Education Plan (IEP).
Requirements / Qualifications
Required Qualification: *Associates Degree or 48 units with C or better from an accredited college/university
