Job Summary
Cheer is a dual-season sport including Sideline and Traditional Competitive Cheer. Head Cheer Coach would be responsible for scheduling and executing practices and competitions, coordinating with other coaches sideline performances, and communicating with the Athletics Department, parents, administrators, and student athletes season goals, deadlines, fees, and fundraising. Head Coach must be knowledgeable of cheer fundamentals, CIF and TCC guidelines and uphold ERHS and CIF policies and standards on and off campus. Head Coach or cleared staff must be able to supervise student athletes during 6th period.
