Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the supervision and direction of the school site Principal, with guidance from the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, the Mariachi Instructor will plan and implement a comprehensive Mariachi program that includes high-quality instruction in the fundamentals, cultural connections, and techniques of Mariachi music.

Requirements / Qualifications

Valid California Single Subject Music Credential with full EL authorization or CLAD. Subject matter must be met. Prior experience with Mariachi programs preferred. Bilingual preferred. A valid California driver's license and the ability to maintain insurability under the District's vehicle insurance program is required. District will consider fully qualified interns. Applicants must submit verification of internship eligibility.
