Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Valid California Administrative Services Credential - Graduate degree in special education or related field - Five (5) years successful teaching experience - Two (2) years successful experience as a public school administrator in Special Education - Experience as an Academic or Instructional Coach highly desirable - Possession of a valid California driver’s license and availability of private transportation - A current Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) report and placement on the DMV pull program through Maintenance and Operations - Proof of adequate car insurance Online Application Attachments – Required: Interested applicants are required to submit an EDJOIN online application and the following attachments: (Please submit only the “required” documents listed below) - Letter of Interest - Resumé - Three (3) current, dated and signed letters of professional reference(not older than one year) - In-District applicants need submit only one (1) reference letter - Copy of Administrative Services and Teaching Credentials - Copy of Master’s degree - Copy of valid California Driver’s License - Current DMV report Note: - Application packet must be complete at time of EdJoin submission. - Employment in this position is contingent upon pre-employment clearances: Board approval, DOJ clearance, Negative TB clearance, and any license/certification required by the job description.
