Requirements / Qualifications
To be considered for this position the following documents are required. Copy of Credential with a Music (preference will be given to candidates with an instrumental music background) Authorization, CBEST Card, English Language Learners Authorization and Verification of Subject Matter Authorization,
A letter of intent, resume and 3 letters of recommendation written within one year - Also, if you are a current certificated employee you should include your most recent evaluation.

Medical insurance plans are available on the Azusa Unified School District website in the staff section. Employees working a 90+% assignment are required to take at least single coverage health insurance with the Azusa Unified School District or provide proof of coverage through another group plan.
