Job Summary

This position will start with 5 hours/day. If the position warrants more time, that can be discussed at a later time. This position will work with both school sites on menu creation, product ordering, employee/kitchen compliance, record keeping, etc. See full job description.

Requirements / Qualifications

Preferred Food Service Manager Certificate upon hire. Or earned within 3 months of hire.

This position is 10 months and follows the school academic calendar + 1 day. This position qualifies for district offered medical, dental and vision coverage. There is a district cap on medical coverage and rates will be prorated to the position. This positon also qualifies for CalPERS retirement with a payroll deduction of about 8% from the employee and close to 27% district contribution on the employee's behalf. 10 days sick leave, 10 paid holidays and school breaks off. Eleven equal paychecks from Aug-Jun.
