Under the supervision of the Director of Fiscal Services, perform a variety of technical payroll accounting duties to assure District employees are paid in an accurate and timely manner; prepare, process, maintain and assure accuracy of a variety of employee payroll and benefits information, forms, documents, records and reports.

Requirements / Qualifications

Knowledge of standard office procedures and accounting principles. Fiscal Management Systems (Escape, Quick Books, etc.). Job Requirements-Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Any combination equivalent to: AA degree in business or related field, and five years increasingly responsible experience processing employee payroll. Bachelor's degree preferred. * Bilingual preferred * Class C Driver's License is required

  • Driver's License Copy
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three (3) letters of recommendation signed and dated within the last six (6) months.)
