Key Responsibilities

-  Collaborate with school administrators and teachers to implement IYEG programs and curriculum.

-  Provide hands-on support and coaching to educators on integrating IYEG’s interdisciplinary approach into their teaching practices.

-  Facilitate professional development sessions for educators on design thinking, technology integration, and challenge-based learning.

-  Support the creation and implementation of challenge-based problem prompts and student-created prototype feedback sessions.

-  Collaborate with the Education Partnerships and Program Coordinator to coordinate field trips, guest speakers, job shadowing, and other professionalizing experiences that align with IYEG’s curriculum.

-  Monitor and assess program implementation, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.

-  Assist in developing and distributing resources and materials to support program implementation.

-  Advocate for the program’s vision and mission to various stakeholders within and outside the school community.

-  Participate in regular meetings with the IYEG team to align on goals, strategies, and progress.

-Bachelor’s degree in Education, Design, Technology, or a related field -Experience in K-12 education, with a strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional practices. -Expertise in design thinking, makerspace management, and technology integration. -Proven ability to establish and maintain partnerships with diverse stakeholders. -Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. -Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
