MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Develop and implement plans that ae engaging and rigorous instruction based on common core standards, and conversational opportunities.
• Can use Google Classroom and integrate textbooks, videos, project-based learning, writing and conversation
• Creates and maintains effective environments for student learning and creating.
• Use technology in the teaching/learning and grading process.
• Present a positive role model and create an environment conducive to learning.
• Manage student behavior and administer discipline according to school policies.
• Develop trusting and effective relationships and communication with students and their parents.
• Establish supportive, collaborative, and positive working relationships with all other members of staff.
• Loves working with students and can have fun.
