The Founding Office Manager or Vista Lago Global Academy will play a critical role in the successful launch of our school in Lake Elsinore. This is not a traditional office manager position—this role requires an exceptional, self-motivated leader who is deeply invested in ensuring a strong foundation for our first year and beyond. The OM will work alongside the Founding Principal as a key thought partner, wearing multiple hats to create and maintain efficient school operations. The ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and problem-solve independently will be essential to building a high-functioning and welcoming school environment. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and mission-driven professional to contribute to the foundational success of our school community.
Requirements / Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in a startup, school launch, or fast-paced environment strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-demand setting. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Presentations), Canva, Google Meet, and Zoom. Experience with PowerSchool, CALPADS, and Paycom preferred. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
