The Director of Charter Development and Compliance is a key leadership role responsible for driving the organization’s strategic growth, financial sustainability, and regulatory compliance. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the school’s long-term direction, supporting its growth, and driving key initiatives that ensure academic excellence and sustainability. This individual will oversee financial management, spearhead business development initiatives, and ensure full compliance with charter school laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with expertise in finance, fundraising, strategic planning, marketing and charter school compliance.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field (Master’s degree in the same fields preferred). - At least 5 years of experience in financial management, business development, or compliance, preferably in the education or nonprofit sector. - Experience with charter school compliance and funding requirements strongly preferred.
