Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Volleyball Coach to join our athletics program. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing athletes, fostering a competitive and positive team environment, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the program. This individual should also be committed to integrating Christian faith into coaching, mentoring, and leadership to support the spiritual growth of student-athletes.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Physical Education, Coaching, Sports Management, etc.) preferred. Playing Experience: High-level playing experience (college, professional, or elite club) preferred. Coaching Experience: Minimum of [Insert Years] years of coaching experience at the club, high school, collegiate, or professional level. Certifications: NFHS, CPR/First Aid certification, or other relevant coaching certifications preferred. Strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals, offensive/defensive systems, and game strategies. Excellent leadership, motivational, and communication skills. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with athletes, parents, school administrators, and community stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and travel for competitions. Commitment to upholding Christian values and integrating faith into coaching practices.
