Job Title: Substitute Coordinator Department: Academic Supervisor: Dean of Studies Location: Onsite - Junipero Serra High School, San Mateo, CA Role Type: Full-Time Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Junípero Serra High School is a Catholic college preparatory for boys. Responsibilities: ? Organize the substitution plan for all teachers who require class coverage. ? Assign all substitutions to available teachers. ? Provide all substitute teachers with substitution instructions, lesson plans, and attendance sheets. ? Substitute classes. ? Utilize efficient classroom management skills when substituting. ? Provide feedback to substitute teachers regarding their performance and classroom management skills. ? Generate, assemble, and maintain all substitution documentation. ? Assemble and post internal daily faculty absence & substitution assignment sheets. ? Track all monthly payroll and contract compliance for all substitutes. ? Serve as lead or assistant proctor for all standardized testing. ? Perform other duties as assigned by the principal or supervisor. Desired background: ?
