Job Summary
Under the direction and supervision of the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, the Fiscal Clerk-ASB performs a variety of clerical and accounting duties related to the Business department, student body and organization funds and district operations. This position maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts, posting transactions, ensuring legal requirements, and prepares financial reports for the operation of the fiscal department and Associated Student Body (ASB). The Fiscal Clerk also has responsibilities of tracking and monitoring time and effort compliance for federal, state, and local programs. The position may perform other duties as assigned directly related to this job description.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must pass screening/District administered Basic Skills Test upon submitting application- please call the District Office @ 209-392-0200 to make an appointment to take the test. If you have not passed the Basic Skills Test, you will not be selected for an interview. Internal Candidates- need only to submit a letter of intent with their Edjoin application (no emails) and also passed the Basic Skills Test. High School Diploma or its equivalent Only applications with all required attachments completed will be considered. Fingerprint clearance upon hire with DPOLUSD
