Job Summary
The SEIS Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks crucial for maintaining data across various information systems, including School Pathways, SEIS, and CALPADS. This position requires collaboration with school administration, staff, external educational agencies, and vendors. Additionally, you will assist with the California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS) to ensure accurate data management for state and federal funding reports.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must have a minimum of one year experience using SEIS and CALPADS Strong technology skills (especially with Zoom, Google Suite and Microsoft Excel products) Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills High degree of flexibility Team player with demonstrated leadership skills Demonstrated ability to work well in fast-paced environment Ability to assemble, organize, and prepare data for records, files, and reports Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve data problems quickly and accurately Ability to move files, documents or supplies around an office space on a daily basis Ability to work at a computer work station for 8 hours per day Repetitive bending or twisting for a duration of approximately one hour two to five times per week
