Job Summary
St. Bernardine of Siena School provides a safe and structured environment for students at the end of the school day. Our program serves students Kindergarten to Grade 8 and includes time for homework, activities, and free play. Regular hours are from 2:30-6:00 Monday through Thursday and 12:30-6:00 on Friday. After school Daycare Staff nurture and care for children in after-school. These workers play an important role in a child's development by caring for the child when parents are at work. They are important members of our school staff and community. After school staff help guide children through homework as needed, always encouraging independence and problem-solving skills. In addition, they organize activities that stimulate children's physical, emotional, intellectual, creative and social growth and make sure that all environments inside and out are clean and safe.
