Job Summary
Under the direction of the Chief Academic Officer, perform a variety of technical duties in the maintenance of a student information database and the submission of State-mandated reports; assure accuracy of input data.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education and Experience: 1. Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school, required; coursework in computer science, management information systems, or a related field, preferred. 2. Progressively responsible experience with data management, operating in a web-based environment, and using a variety of software, required. 3. Three years of Student Information System experience, required. 4. Experience with CALPADS, CalSAAS, and CBEDS reporting systems and requirements, preferred. Licenses and other Requirements 1. Valid California Class C driver’s license. District paid medical, dental, and vision prescription plans are provided for employee and dependents.
Performance tasks may be a portion of the interview process.
