- Resume - Letter of Introduction - Letter of Recommendation (up to 2 maximum) - Master's degree or higher in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, psychology or closely related field - Registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) in the state of California as either an Associate or Licensed to provide mental health services as outlined in the Mental Health Associate and Mental Health Specialist I/II job descriptions

Salary Schedule for Mental Health Associate: From: $44.69 To: $54.70 Per Hour. In six steps, beginning wage will not be higher than Step D. Salary Schedule for Mental Health Specialist I: From: $55.92 To: $67.72 Per Hour. In six steps, beginning wage will not be higher than Step D. Salary Schedule for Mental Health Specialist II: From: $63.04 To: $76.33 Per Hour. In six steps, beginning wage will not be higher than Step D. Current RJUHSD employees interested in a lateral transfer or promotion must submit an application through EDJOIN for consideration.
