Discuss how you ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines, consider student preferences, and address special dietary needs. Additionally, describe any innovative strategies you have used or would use to increase student participation and satisfaction while maintaining regulatory compliance. Include examples from your experience, if applicable. The letter should be one page or less, single spaced, Times New Roman 12 font
