Instructional aides are responsible for working with small groups (4-6 scholars) throughout the day in the areas of Reading and Math. This position could be at either the Desert Trails Preparatory Academy campus in Adelanto, or the LaVerne Elementary Preparatory Academy campus in Hesperia.

Instructional Aide openings could be at either one of our schools, LaVerne Elementary Preparatory Academy located in Hesperia or Desert Trails Preparatory Academy located in Adelanto. Both school campuses have Transitional Kindergarten - 6th grade and are independent charter schools.
You will be working with small groups (4-6 scholars) throughout the day in the area of Reading and Math. Experience working with children in Special Education is plus.
You must possess a High School Diploma or higher, complete an application, and submit 3 letters of recommendation within the last 3 years.

Requirements / Qualifications
MATERIALS: High School Diploma or GED required. Working towards degree is a plus. Prior experience working with elementary school aged children is preferred. Three letters of recommendation within the last 3 years required. Bilingual preferred.
