Job Summary
The Principal of Faith Academy Christian High School (FACHS) is responsible for leading the school to fulfill its mission of providing Christ-centered education. The Principal will oversee all academic, personnel, operational, and spiritual matters of the school, ensuring alignment with the school’s mission, vision, and values. Reporting to the School Board, the Principal will actively promote Faith Academy’s philosophy of education and will work to cultivate a Christ-centered culture for students, families, and staff.

Spiritual Requirements: • Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, demonstrating consistent Christian character and maturity. • Be in full agreement with Faith Academy’s Statement of Faith and actively involved in a Bible-believing church. • Exhibit a calling to Christian education and a desire to disciple the next generation for Christ.
