All candidates must submit a classified application and provide the following: • Original High School Diploma or GED • Valid Driver’s License • DMV K4 Printout (Printout cannot be older than thirty (30) days if not currently in a M.O.T. position or on the DMV Pull List) (Online printouts will not be accepted)
