Serving approximately 800 students from grades 6-12, OSA is dedicated to fostering both artistic expression and academic excellence. OSA Summer Art Academy is seeking ten (10) dynamic instructors to lead our Summer Arts Academies. The primary responsibilities of this position are to create and implement full immersion hands on art classes for young artists ages 9-15. The ideal candidates will have extensive classroom experience and the ability to develop engaging, innovative curricula tailored to students of various skill levels. Instructors will design and implement programs that incorporate foundational skills, provide opportunities to deepen knowledge, and encourage creative exploration within the chosen medium or art form. This role involves teaching age-appropriate techniques in areas such as literature, writing, public speaking, and other artistic disciplines while fostering a safe, inclusive learning environment.
