Job Summary
Job Summary
Serves as chief executive officer of the school; shall be responsible for implementing the policies, rules and regulations of the Board of Trustees; provides school-wide leadership in planning, recommending, developing, achieving and evaluating the best possible educational programs and services. Serves as director of the Special Education program; Supervises and/or evaluates certificated and classified staff; directs the instructional program, operation of the school plant, participates in staff and student activities and community leadership.

A charter school has been established in the district in an attempt to expand student educational options. A new facilities plan has been completed in recent years and is at the State Department for funding. The district has grown by over 30% since 2016. The district received an approved Bond in 2020 in the amount of $5.2 Million to increase its facilities, specifically to get a new multi-purpose room; Architecture plans which have been secured with construction are tentatively scheduled to begin Spring of 2026. Roberts Ferry is committed to continuous improvement.
