Job Summary
Job Summary
Under general supervision, assists in maintaining standards of student discipline at assigned schools and programs. Patrols the school grounds, identifying potential problems regarding welfare, safety and/or security of students, personnel, visitors and/or the site; maintains safety on campus by enforcing visitor rules and student disciplinary policies/regulations; intervenes as necessary for safety and control; reports unauthorized activities to appropriate supervisory personnel; performs related work as required.

Primary Duties: • Monitor to school facilities • Supervise students in non-classroom areas • Observe student behavior and prevent violations and unsafe activities • Respond to emergency situations (injury, fight) • Tactfully and diplomatically deal with student misconduct (bullying, inappropriate language, trash clean-up, rough play, loitering • Direct students to appropriate locations (class, school if off-site, ALC, office) • Report unauthorized activities to office staff and admin • Attend 'special' events (assemblies, Rally's) • MAINTAIN STUDENT CONFIDENTIALITY • Complete reports as needed • Other duties as assigned by administration
