Job Summary
Under general direction and supervision of the Director, Facilities, Planning and Construction, the Facilities Coordinator assists in performing a wide range of complex duties related to planning and coordinating the improvement, modernization and new construction of District facilities. The Coordinator shall perform responsible administrative, analytical, and investigative duties related to the facilities planning and construction program; supervises the development and implementation of the District’s Facilities Master Plan and coordinates activities with District and site administrators, community members and representatives, vendors, architects, and public agencies to assure the design of construction projects meet District objectives; oversees and coordinates District new construction and modernization projects from inception to completion; supervises and evaluates the performance of assigned personnel; performs other duties as assigned.
