- Certificate Copy (Valid Child Development Program Director Permit)
- Copy of Transcript (Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or Human Development from a recognized college or university required)
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Driver's License Copy
- Health (Immunizations must be verified: (1) Annual Influenza; (2) Pertussis; (3) Measles)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 Letters within the past 12 months-Requirement not applicable to Internal candidates)

• Health coverage up to $12,256 toward a district-provided health plan or $2,000 cash in lieu
• Dental coverage up to $300 toward a district provided dental plan
• Vision coverage up to $120 toward a district-provided vision plan

• A highly competitive pay schedule (highest starting total compensation package in Alameda County)
• $2,439.74 Masters stipend
• $4,066.23 Doctorate stipend
