Under the direction of the Chief Business Official, the Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator will perform a variety of skilled activities in the maintenance and repair of District buildings, facilities and equipment including tasks in one or more of the maintenance trades such as electrical work, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing and painting. The Coordinator will plan, organize, and perform a variety of skilled and unskilled routine maintenance tasks, and will supervise all construction, modifications, maintenance, and repair of district grounds, classrooms, facilities, equipment, and custodial staff.
