Sheppard Accelerated Elementary School has an opening for a Special Education Inclusion Assistant. Hours: M, T, Th, F 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. W: 8:30 a.m. to 1:10 p.m. Grade Level: 4th grade
Requirements / Qualifications
Education, Experience and other Qualifications: 1. High school diploma/GED 2. Must pass a basic proficiency test upon initial employment or possess an A.A. or higher, or 48 units at an accredited institution of higher learning 3. First Aid certification required. (Provided at no cost via Target Solutions Online Program) 4. CPR certification desired 6. Department of Justice and FBI Fingerprint clearance 7. Negative tuberculin test 8. Post-Offer Pre-Placement clearance for Special Education Assistant Level 1 (No cost to employee) Proficiency Exam not required if you have an AA Degree or higher or 48 units at an accredited institution of higher learning. Must provide official transcripts to verify at time of hire.
