Job Summary

In partnership with the Diocese of Santa Rosa, manage all aspects of the human resource functions and activities for the school. Liaison and go to resource for a broad range of human resource needs including recruiting, employee lifecycle, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, employee benefits, regulatory and legal compliance, and administration of all human resource programs. Respond to and understand the culture of the school to best support and inform the work of the administrators, faculty, and staff. Build and/or support practices that enable all employees to grow and thrive, and contribute to the productive, equitable, and inclusive environment. Able to maintain a strategic role but also be hands-on with administrative tasks.
