Qualifications: • Experience as a Varsity or Junior Varsity Volleyball Coach • Knowledge of the Game of Volleyball, Game Strategies, Practice Organization and Drills • Hold a valid CPR/First Aid Certification & other required coaching certifications • Knowledge and understanding of the CIF and State Federation Volleyball rules • Must be able to complete the AUSD coaching certification within specified time period • Must have knowledge of and follow ASB fundraising regulations Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate entire Volleyball Program Ability to organize and implement practice plan, game strategies and a conditioning program Develop, establish, coordinate and oversee a coaching staff at all levels Cooperates with other coaches to facilitate the transition/sharing of athletes between sports Organize and work with a Booster Club Strictly adhere to all School, District, League and CIF rules. Communicate with Athletic Director to ensure adherence to all State, CIF, School, District, League rules. Attend & participate in all scheduled League and school meetings.
