
Coordinator of Facilities, Planning & Construction Services at Anaheim Elementary School District (TK-6)
Requirements / Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION INCLUDE: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred) and three years of responsible management experience in facilities planning: architecture, engineering, planning, or equivalent education from a recognized certificate program. • Valid Class C CA driver’s license and the ability to maintain insurability under the District’s Vehicle Insurance Policy. • Knowledge of procedures and practices used in planning, design, construction, modernization and maintenance of school buildings and facilities. • Knowledge of use of standard software, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheets, CAD programs, project scheduling and project management. • Knowledge of California building codes and general background on hazardous material management; • Ability to oversee and coordinate District new construction and modernization projects from inception to completion. • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
